I had a chance to visit North Shore Terrace in West Palm Beach last week. I had a great time in West Palm Beach and thought I’d discuss the community with you.

Great community – Lands Of The President

As you know, we usually discuss North Palm Beach Heights here. Usually we stick to other communities located here in North Palm Beach Heights, but today I wanted to talk about Lands Of The President in West Palm Beach.

Lands Of The President in West Palm Beach is just one of those communities you have to see to believe. Just one visit and you’ll know why everyone who lives in Lands Of The President just loves it.

Lands Of The President really offers a lot of great features including a golf, exercise area, community pool, gated entry, clubhouse and tennis.

Lands Of The President is beautiful and the city of West Palm Beach homes and real estate is also fantastic. There are so many great things about it that they are too numerous to list here. But just an example of what you’ll find close by – the nicest boutiques, amazing weather and top notch recreation.
